Monday to Thursday 8.00am until 10.00pm                £15.00 per hour

Friday 8.00am until 6.00pm                                         £15.00 per hour

Friday 6.00pm until 12.00am with a bar                      £160.00 (without a bar £110.00)

Saturday 8.00am until 5.00pm                                    £20.00 per hour

Saturday evening 5.00pm until 12.00am with a bar    £170.00 (without a bar £120.00)

Saturday all day 9.00am till 12.00am with a bar         £270.00 (without a bar £220.00)

Sunday                                                                        £20.00 per hour (if bar required additional £50.00) 

Music

Every booking where there is music, live or recorded there is a Performing Rights Society charge of £10.00

Bouncy Castles

Small children's bouncy castles can be used in the hall. However, the size is restricted by bars that run across the ceiling. The height of the bars is 8ft 6in (259 cm) and the width between the bars is 10ft 6in (320 cm). It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure that there is sufficient height clearance for the castle and that any necessary insurances are in place for its use.

Damage Waiver

A £50.00 damage waiver will be added at the time of booking. This will be refunded within 10 days after the event providing no damage has been caused. Failure to comply with the terms and conditions of hire (including bringing any alcohol onto the premises) may also mean no refund of the damage waiver.

Payment 

All bookings need to be paid in full at the time of hiring. A full refund will be made for any cancellation 6 weeks before the event. After that no refund will be made.

Prices for the Festive period:

New Year Eve 5.00pm till 1.00am (1st January)               £360.00 inc bar

The higher charge for a hire/bar is to cover extra wages that will have to be paid to staff over the festive period.
